Toyota has recently introduced a brand new special edition of the Hilux, named the Hilux Invincible, which is adding some interesting features, making it more appealing to its future customers.
According to the Japanese based automaker, the new Toyota Hilux Invincible special edition has been created in order to combine the “power and dependability with greater comfort and style”. The model in question will actually be a top of the line version of the Hilux, adding the Invincible badging, the silver front underguard, the additional chrome trim and some other minor tweaks, which should set it apart from the standard version and to make it more appealing.
The new Toyota Hilux Invincible is also coming in the Invincible Sport version, which is adding the chrome rollover bar, the two-tone 17-inch alloy wheels and the leather seats. Changes in the cabin in clued the Invincible sill plates, silver accents and that’s about it. As for the engine lineup, the Toyota Hilux Invincible will get the 2.5 liter D-4D unit, mated to a manual transmission, or the 3.0 liter D-4D, which can be mated to either a manual or an automatic transmission. Both versions get the AWD system. The model will go on sale later on this year. No pricing details have been announced yet.
