Two brand new Nissan Terrano low-cost SUVs have been spotted once again while being tested in India.
The Nissan Terrano is the company’s attempt to develop a low-cost SUV based on the Dacia Duster, or on the Renault Duster as it is known in some markets, and the model in question is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a new spy photo. The image posted above is showing two units of the brand new Nissan Terrano sitting one behind the other in India, where the model is being tested ahead of its public debut scheduled for the 20th of August.
The Japanese based automaker Nissan is said to use a different front fascia and a modified rear end for the Terrano, along with different body panels which should set the model apart from the Dacia Duster, even if the same platform will be used on creating it. The interior design of the low-cost SUV is also expected to suffer some modifications but it remains uncertain yet whether the Terrano will get the MediaNav or the touch screen found on the Qashqai and other Nissan vehicles. Additional details on the new Nissan Terrano are limited for the moment and will be announced on August 20.
