Toyota has officially unveiled the facelifted version of the Yaris in the United States which is basically looking identical to the European variant.
The 2015 Toyota Yaris is now getting ready to be introduced in the United States. The model in question has received a new front fascia with a large air intake, a slender grille, new headlights, a different suspension system and some upgrades made to the interior. The model in question will become available in three trim levels, the L, the LE and the SE.
The Yaris L will be getting standard items such as the air conditioning, the Entune infotainment system with the 6.1-inch display, the power windows and locks and several other tweaks. The Yaris LE Will be adding the silver / metallic interior trim, the keyless entry, the cruise control and the 15-inch alloy wheels. The most expensive version, the Yaris SE, is coming with LED daytime running lights, with beefier brakes, with a sport tuned suspension system, a rear spoiler, unique cloth upholstery in the cabin, a leather wrapped steering wheel and gloss black trim.
Power to the 2015 Toyota Yaris facelift in the United States will be provided by a 1.5 liter four-cylinder engine. According to the car manufacturer, the unit can produce a total output of 106 HP (79 kW) and 139 Nm (103 lb-ft) of torque. The engine can be connected to either a 5-speed manual or to an optional 4-speed automatic transmission. Prices for the model will be starting from 14,845 USD and the small car will go on sale later on this month.
