Audi has recently introduced the Q3 1.4 TFSI in the United Kingdom, as the model in question is available from 23,870 GBP.
The Audi Q3 has been refreshed for this new year with a high spec trim and a new entry-level engine. The unit in question will help the model fitted on to become the cheapest in its range, by 2,865 GBP in this case, and it will only come with front-wheel drive, being a petrol alternative to the 2.0 liter TDI, with its 140 HP. The new engine is producing a total output of 148 HP and it has a peak torque of 250 Nm.
The unit can be mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed automatic transmission, which will help the model accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 9.2 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 200 km/h (124 mph). The average fuel consumption stands at 47.9 mpg UK and the CO2 emissions stand at 137 g/km.
A new trim level has been added to the range, the S line Plus, which costs 2,350 GBP more than the standard S line. Goodies found on the model include the perforated leather and Alcantara seats, cruise control, satellite navigation system, parking sensors, 19-inch alloy wheels and some other tweaks. The 1.4 TFSI and the S line Plus Q3s are already available for order but deliveries will start this spring.
