The compact crossover is now even more family friendly in the United Kingdom, physician where future Kadjar owners can have it with the well known EDC dual-clutch automatic transmission on the TCe 130 version.
The Energy TCe version will bring to the table a smallish 1.2-liter turbo engine with 132 PS and 205 Nm of torque. The powertrain combined with the EDC twin-clutch automatic on the Clio GT and preceding Megane but not the Kadjar. And the SUV also gets it in the more efficient 7-speed version instead of the regular six speeder. The Kadjar EDC TCe 130 can be had in the United Kingdom from £21,395 if the owner selects the Dynamique Nav TCe 130 Auto EDC trim level. It will cost £1,200 more than the manual version and have the same combined fuel consumption while performance stands at 118 mph top speed and a good ten second to sprint to 62 mph (100 km/h).
The UK unit of Renault has also decided to offer a new trim level on the Kadjar – with this flagship variant called Signature S Nav. It comes packing £1,750 worth of additional equipment compared to the Signature Nav at a premium of £1,400 – standard amenities include panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, lane departure warning, traffic sign recognition, hands-free key card, heated and folding door mirrors, R-Link 2 Multimedia system with 7” touchscreen, TomTom Live services and a BOSE sound system.
