McLaren will be making the local premiere of the 570S and the 675LT on the 6th of June.
Woking’s newest addition to the sports car segment and also the first model in the McLaren Sports Series, the 570S, is getting ready to be introduced on its local market, on the 6th of June. The model in question will be joining the rest of its lineup in Wilton Classic and Supercar Show and it will also be joined by the newest addition to the supercar segment, the 675LT. The model will be put together in just 500 units and it is receiving the Longtail nameplate. It has been completely sold out so if you want the most hardcore Super Series model, forget about it.
The car manufacturer has used the 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 engine under the hood of the 675LT which is coming with 675 HP and 700 Nm of torque. From 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph), this needs 2.9 seconds and it can go up to 330 km/h (205 mph). The McLaren 570S on the other hand is the carmaker’s answer to models such as the Porsche 911, the Mercedes-AMG GT and the Jaguar F-Type and it has the same 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 engine under its hood, which is found on all current McLaren vehicles. This has 570 HP (419 kW) and 600 Nm (443 lb-ft) of torque in this case and it is connected to the 7-speed SSG transmission. From 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph), it needs 3.2s and top speed is 328 km/h (204 mph).
