The official price list of the new Vauxhall Adam Grand Slam supermini has been officially announced in the United Kingdom by the car manufacturer.

In case you have been missing out on the Vauxhall Adam Grand Slam, don’t worry, because the supermini is now available for order in the United Kingdom, where its cheapest version will be setting you back for 16,995 GBP. Styling changes over the regular version of the Adam include the body kit, the upgraded springs and dampers, the tuned chassis, the VXR brakes which have been borrowed from the previous Corsa VXR generation, the 18-inch alloy wheels and several other goodies. Interior features include the IntelliLink infotainment system, the special pedals, the special door trim and the special floor mats, amongst others.

The Vauxhall Adam Grand Slam has been previously known as the Adam S and it was seen in pre-production form almost a year ago, during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, in March. The model in question is featuring a cast iron engine block with hollow frame structure, a plastic intake manifold and hollow cast camshafts and thanks to these, the weight of the car stands at 1,178 kg. Power is being provided by a 1.4 liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, which is capable of producing a total output of 148 HP and 162 lb-ft of torque. From 0 to 62 mph, the supermini needs 8.5 seconds and it can go all the way up to 124 mph. Power is sent to the FWD through a 6-speed manual gearbox and the average fuel economy stands at 47.8 mpg.
