Honda’s in-house tuner Mugen has released a first teaser image of the new CR-Z Mugen RZ, which will be revealed later on this month.
After the updated Honda CR-Z has been revealed just a few days before writing this article, the model is once again entering our news, this time with the company’s in-house tuner, Mugen, teasing the “new” CR-Z Mugen RZ. This is a first preview of what will eventually become a limited edition model which will be produced in only 300 units of the car. The CR-Z Mugen RZ will be offered with an Azure Blue Metallic finish and with 17-inch wheels.
Mugen has announced that the CR-Z RZ will be officially presented to the public later on this month but it didn’t specify if the unveil will take place at the upcoming 2012 Paris Motor Show on the 27th of September, when the automotive event will open its gates. As a quick reminder, the regular version of the CR-Z, the updated one, is coming with the 1.5 liter i-VTEC petrol engine, along with an electric motor, which are producing a total output of 122 BHP and 174 Nm of torque.
