The 2013 Kia Optima SX Limited has a starting price of 36, 050 USD in the United States, as the South Korean based automaker has recently announced.
According to the car manufacturer, the 2013 Kia Optima SX Limited is adding the electronic parking break, wood-grain accents, higher grade nappa leather upholstery, LED lighting, red brake calipers and a fresh set of large 18-inch chrome wheels. The 2013 Kia Optima is based on the turbocharged Optima SX and its future customers can place an order for it starting at 36,050 USD, including the $775 destination charge.
“With the arrival of the Optima SXL, the Kia brand propels itself into a more premium class, which is something consumers have told us they want to see when they walk into our showrooms”, said the Kia Motors America executive vice president, Tom Leveless, in a statement earlier this week.
The base version of the 2013 Kia Optima is 1,925 USD more expensive than the 2012 model year and the entry-level LX has a starting price of 22,175 USD, including the $775 destination charge. Kia didn’t announce the pricing of the 2013 Optima Hybrid and the configurator for this model isn’t available just yet.
