It appears that next year could be another milestone across the rising US automotive industry – with sales expected to remain positive, gas prices set to dip once again and the economy running ahead.
Hence, if there’s no sucker punch around the corner to waste all the progress made after exiting the Great recession of 2009, the automakers will be proudly sharing some fully redesigned or at least updated models in the months to come. According to various counts, more than 40 new or upgraded models are expected to reach dealerships in 2016, so there’s always a great idea to sift through them and have some of the best laid down in front of our eyes in one take – though we’ll only focus on passenger rides this time and follow up later on with the best crossovers and trucks for the 2016 model year.
First on the list, which has been arranged in alphabetical order is the astonishing Acura NSX. The small Japanese manufacturer Mazda has laid down the prospect for a rekindle of the cult base its small roadster has achieved with the first generation. And for the luxury dwellers that find the car to be a true office on wheels (just check the Lincoln Lawyer, starring Matthew McConaughey) we have the Mercedes-Maybach S600 – the ultra-luxury version of the flagship S Class.
