British SUV specialist Land Rover has revealed it will introduce in the United States the Holland & Holland Range Rover special series, with the price tag starting at 244,500.
Just 30 units of the Holland & Holland Range Rover version will be redirected towards eager customers in the United States, with the special edition that was first showcased back in 2014 being the creation of Jaguar Land Rover Special Vehicle Operations and having as the starting point the already ultra-luxurious Range Rover SVAutobiography. For the Holland & Holland iteration the model wears a bespoke green exterior shade with matching body color accents and unique Holland & Holland badging. More modifications will be obvious when stepping inside the cabin as the special series has been treated to espresso and tan leather upholstery, as well as polished French walnut veneers. The buyer will also be granted engraved trim, special floor mats and “Holland & Holland” illuminated sill plates.
There’s also an executive rear seating package fitted as standard and this one has two individually adjustable rear seats and a rear center console with electrically operated tables. The cargo bay is also bespoke and has a leather trimmed gun case that includes two guns from Holland & Holland. Under the hood resides a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine churning out 550 horsepower and 502 pound-feet of torque, mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission and a standard all wheel drive system. This will suffice for the 0-60 mph (96 km/h) run to be handled in 5.5 seconds whiel the model will go up to a top speed of 140 mph.
