The North American based automaker Ford has released the first promotional video with the 2013 Kuga crossover.
After being officially presented to the public at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show last month, the Ford Kuga is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the company releasing the first promotional video with the model. The all-new 2013 Ford Kuga has a similar look to the US-spec Escape, with an aggressive front fascia, prominent air vents and slender grille. The cabin of the 2013 Kuga has black trim, metallic accents and it’s showing an increased size translated into additional 82 liters (2.9 cubic feet) added to the luggage space.
“Innovative technologies like the hands-free automatic tailgate clearly set new Kuga apart from its competitors. But more importantly they provide customers with everyday advantages. All-new Kuga is more spacious, dynamic and capable than the current model, which continues to be popular with our European customers”, said the Ford of Europe’s chairman and CEO, Stephen Odell.
The new generation of the Ford Kuga will be offered at its launch with a 2.0 liter TDCi diesel engine, coming in two outputs, with 138 HP and 161 HP, and the lineup will be extended by a 1.6 liter EcoBoost unit, coming with 173 HP. More details on the model and its price list are expected to be announced soon.
