The South Korean based automaker Kia has released a new promotional video with the 2013 Cee’d hatchback.
The new generation of the Kia Cee’d has already been launched in several markets already but the company is still promoting it quite aggressively. The five-door hatchback is 10 mm lower and 50 mm longer than its predecessor, its body is 10 mm narrower and its track is 17 mm wider at the front and 32 mm wider at the rear. The cargo space has increased by 40 liters to a total of 380 liters. The new generation of the South Korean hatchback is coming in four trim levels, the Attract, the Edition 7, the Vision and the Spirit, and its future customers will have to choose between two petrol engines and two diesel units.
The entry-level Cee’d Attract is coming with standard features like the electrically adjustable side mirrors, central locking, six-speaker audio system, electric front windows, multifunction steering wheel, cruise control, six airbags, ESC, traction control, hill assist and daytime running lights. The 2013 Kia Cee’d has been officially presented to the public earlier this year at the Geneva Motor Show and its price in Germany has been set at almost 14,000 euros. The hatchback will be followed by the Station Wagon in autumn and by the Pro Cee’d later on.
