Nissan has officially unveiled the 2013 Almera model aimed for the Russian auto market during this edition of the Moscow Motor Show.
According to the Japanese based automaker, the 2013 Nissan Almera is 4, 656 mm long and its wheelbase spans 2,700 mm. the cabin of the model is bland but the model’s interior space and boot, which can hold 500 liters (17.6 cubic feet) of luggage are considered to be class leading. The 2013 Nissan Almera will be available in Russia in three trim levels and the higher end versions will get features like the Bluetooth connectivity, heated front seats, air conditioning, power windows, power locks and more.
Nissan says that the 2013 Almera has been fitted with special installed springs / dampers in order to deal with the touch roads and the heating system was also upgraded. The model has specially designed windshield wipers and an extra-large washer fluid tank. Under the hood, the 2013 Nissan Almera is getting a 1.6 liter petrol engine which is developing a total output of 101 horsepower (102 PS / 75 kW) and it has a peak torque of 145 Nm (107 lb-ft). The unit can be mated to either a five-speed manual or a four-speed automatic transmission. Pricing will be announced close to the model’s launch.
