The North American based automaker Chevrolet has released yet a new teaser video with the upcoming 2014 Corvette sports car.
The new generation of the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette is being placed into the spotlights once again and after it was teased for the first time a few months ago, a new teaser video with the model has just been released by the carmaker. The latest footage with the future Corvette generation isn’t revealing too much on the sports car but it’s still showing the interior, which is getting leather upholstery, carbon fiber trim and contrast stitching.
The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette will be powered by a 6.2 liter LT1 V8 engine, which will produce a total output of 450 BHP (336 kW) and it will have 450 lb-ft of torque (609 Nm). This will allow the sports car to sprint from 0 to 60 mph in less than four seconds. The model should return 26+ mpg on the highway. Additional details on the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette will be announced on the 13th of January, when the model will be officially unveiled, ahead of its public debut scheduled for the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit.
