The future generation of the Chevrolet Corvette, which is expected to make its way onto the market in 2014, has been recently rendered.
After it was teased and leaked several times until now, and after it was even offered for sale on eBay by a strange person in an ever stranger add, the future generation of the Chevrolet Corvette is being placed into the spotlights once more, this time with the help of the guys at jalopnik.com and Trinity Animation, who have managed to create a digital render of the North American sports car.
As you can see from the video posted below this article, the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette is being shown with a larger grille, with LED infused headlights, with ventilated front fenders, with Camaro inspired taillights and with a four-tailpipe exhaust system. The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette is expected to be powered by a large V8 engine with direct injection and variable valve timing, which might be mated to a seven-speed manual transmission, but there is no official word on this just yet so we don’t actually know what output it will produce. More details on the future generation of the Chevrolet Corvette are expected to be announced in the following years and the model should hit the market in either 2014 or even in 2015.
