Chevrolet has released a new promotional video with the brand new 2014 Corvette Stingray which will air in the United States soon.
After being officially presented to the public during the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit, the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a new official video, which is showing some interesting driving footage of the model, along with its exhaust and engine sound. The new sports car generation will go on sale in the third quarter of 2013 and it will be followed by the convertible version.
The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is being powered by a 6.2 liter V8 L1 engine, with CVVT and direct injection, which is producing an estimate output of 450 HP (336 kW) and it has a peak torque of 450 lb-ft (609 Nm). This is enough to allow the model to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in less than 4 seconds. The drop-top version of the 2014 Corvette Stingray will make its public debut next month, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
