One of the most famous petrol heads in the world, Jay Leno, couldn’t stay aside from the new Corvette Stingray generation so the sports car has arrived at his “garage”. Jay Leno has gotten behind the wheel of the2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray but that doesn’t mean that he took it for a spin too, because this isn’t your regular review. As a quick reminder, the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette is getting a removable roof, Camaro-like taillights, HID headlights with LEDs, a ventilated hood, front fender vents, a prominent rear spoiler, leather upholstery and more. Power to the new Corvette is coming from the LT1 6.2 liter V8 engine with direct injection and CVVT, producing 450 BHP (336 kW) and 609 Nm of torque (450 lb-ft). The sports car’s new generation has been officially presented to the public during the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit.
