The British based automaker Jaguar has released the very first promotional video with the 2014 XKR-S GT.
After seeing it in official images just a few hours ago, the 2014 Jaguar XKR-S GT is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with JLR releasing a first promotional video with the model. The 2014 Jaguar XKR-S GT is getting carbon fiber wheel arch spats, canards, front splitter and diffuser, along with a massive rear wing and 20-inch light alloy wheels wrapped in 255/35 and 305/30 Pirelli Corsa tires, front to rear. The cabin of the model has unique sill plates, aluminum paddle shifters, Alcantara / leather sport seats with red stitching and more.
Power to the 2014 Jaguar XKR-S GT is provided by a 5.0 liter supercharged V8 engine, which is producing a total output of 550 HP (404 kW), with a peak torque of 680 Nm (501 lb-ft), mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. Power is being sent to the rear wheels through an active electronic differential and this is allowing the mode to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in 3.9 seconds, before reaching an electronically limited top speed of 186 mpg (299 km/h). Only 30 units of the model will be produced.
