A new promotional video with the new generation of the Maserati Quattroporte has been recently released by the Italian based automaker.
The 2014 Maserati Quattroporte has been unveiled a couple of months ago and it has recently made its public debut, during the 2013 North American International Auto Show, but now the luxurious Italian vehicle is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the car manufacturer releasing a new promotional video with the model. As a quick reminder, the entry-level version of the Maserati Quattroporte will get a 3.0 liter twin-turbo V6 engine under its hood, which will develop a total output of 410 HP (310 kW) and 550 Nm of torque (406 lb-ft). The model will be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.9 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 285 km/h (177 mph). A larger 3.8 liter twin-turbo V8 can also be ordered, with its 530 HP (390 kW) and 710 Nm of torque (542 lb-ft), which is allowing the mode to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.7 seconds and to reach a top speed of 307 km/h (191 mph). Both units are mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission and the V6 can be ordered with an all-wheel drive system.
