The British based automaker Land Rover has recently released the first presentation video with the brand new 2014 Range Rover Sport.
After we have seen the full photo gallery with the new generation of the Range Rover Sport, just a few hours ago, JLR is placing the model into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a new video. The 2014 Range Rover Sport has gained in features and build quality and has lost some weight. The model is now coming with a third row of seats, amongst others. The cheapest version of the new Range Rover Sport is now getting a 3.0 liter supercharged V6 engine, replacing the old Jaguar-sourced 5.0 liter naturally aspirated.
The top of the line model will receive a 5.0 liter V8 unit, which is good for 510 HP. JLR says that both units will get the eight-speed automatic ZF transmission, with standard single-speed Torsen differential and optional low-range and two-speed transfer case, which should optimize its off-road performance. The 2014 Range Rover Sport SE will become available across the United States from 63,495 USD, while the top of the line 2014 Range Rover Sport Autobiography will start at 93,295 USD. The model was officially unveiled during the 2013 New York Auto Show.
