Land Rover has recently released a teaser video with the 2014 Range Rover Sport, ahead of its public debut, scheduled for the 2013 New York Auto Show, later on this month.
After it was spied testing in both hot and cold weather over these past few months, and with the model fully leaking just a week ago, the 2014 Range Rover Sport is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the carmaker releasing a first teaser video with the future generation of the popular SUV. The 2014 Range Rover Sport has a similar design to the Range Rover Evoque and, in fact, the SUV looks just like a larger version of the crossover.
The 2014 Range Rover Sport is now weighing 300 kg less and the engine lineup is made out of the 3.0L TDV6 with 250 HP (190 kW) and 600 Nm (442 lb-ft) of torque, the 4.4L SDV8 with 335 HP (250 kW) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft), the 3.0L V6 supercharged with 340 HP (253 kW) and the 5.0 liter V8 supercharged with 510 HP (380 kW). The new Range Rover Sport generation is coming with an aggressive front fascia, prominent grille, slender headlights, tailgate mounted spoiler, dual exhaust system and more. Additional details on the new Range Rover Sport will be announced during the 2013 New York Auto Show.
