Suzuki has recently released the first presentation video with the brand new 2014 SX4, in which important details of its creations process are being explained.
The new generation of the Suzuki SX4, which is wearing the 2014 model year in its name, is larger and more spacious than the outgoing version, the model is 4,300 mm long, 1,765 mm wide and 1,570 mm tall (17-inch wheels), compared to the size of the outgoing version of 4,135 mm in length, 1,755 mm in width and 1,565 mm in height, riding on a 2,500 mm wheelbase. The boot capacity has increased from 270 liters to a total of 430 liters.
The 2014 Suzuki SX4 is being powered by a 1.6 liter diesel engine and by a 1.6liter petrol unit, mated to a six-speed manual transmission or to a CVT. The brand new Suzuki SX4 is also getting the all-wheel drive system named the ALLGRIP. The new generation of the model will be produced in Hungary, starting this autumn, and it was recently unveiled during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, in a premiere. Additional details on the new SX4 remain unknown for the moment.
