A walkaround video with the new generation of the Audi Q7 has been recently published by the German based automaker.
The second generation of the Audi Q7 is promising to be a totally different vehicle than its predecessor and the company has big expectations from it. The model has a starting price of 60, 900 euros, on the Old Continent, for the 3.0L TDI engine with 272 HP (200 kW) and 600 Nm (442 lb-ft) of torque. This needs 6.3s to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) and it can go up to 234 km/h (145 mph). The lineup is continued by the 3.0L TFSI with 333 HP (245 kW) and 440 Nm (324 lb-ft) of torque, available from 62,900 EUR.
A newer entry-level version of the SUV is expected to be introduced by the end of this year, which will also get the 3.0L TDI engine under its hood, but this will be less powerful and it will produce 218 HP (160 kW) and 500 Nm (368 lb-ft) of torque. The pricing for this variant will stand at below the 60,000 EUR mark. The Asian markets will get the 252 HP (185 kW) and 370 Nm (272 lb-ft) of torque 2.0L TSI unit. The Q7 will also give birth to other versions. The new Audi Q7 generation has been officially presented to the public during the 2015 NAIAS, in Detroit, and it has an evolutionary design, LED or Matrix LED headlights,, a single frame grille and a familiar rear end.
