Nissan has just released a new teaser video for its 2016 Titan, planned to make its official public debut at the North American International Show next year, on January 12.
While the previous “Truckumentary” teaser video focused on the development of the full-size pickup, this one shows how the Japanese full-size pickup is developed in America specifically for the U.S. buyers.
The redesigned pickup waves the all American made flag as it was designed in California, engineered in Michigan and tested out in Arizona. It will also feature engines built in Indiana and Tennessee and it is going to be built in Mississippi. It doesn’t get much more American than that, does it?
The new model from Nissan will have a really big grille, rounded fender flares and a sculpted hood. The 2016 Nissan Titan will also get a Cummins 5.0-liter turbo diesel V8 engine which will pump out more than 300 bhp and 550 pound-feet of torque.
The Titan is at the moment the oldest pickup on the road and has not received an important makeover since it made its debut 12 years ago. The next-generation 2016 Nissan Titan will make its debut at the Detroit auto show in January 2015. Take a look at the most recent teaser for the 2016 Nissan Titan and have your say:
