The first promotional video with the facelifted version of the 911 Carrera has been released by Porsche recently.
The 2016 Porsche 911 Carrera is now starring in its first promotional video. The model in question is being shown in some impressive driving footage and its engine can be heard for the first time. You will also get a glimpse on some of the technology added to the sports car, in its two body styles and two versions, so all you have to do is scroll down and click the play button in order to check it out.
Porsche has performed a series of updates for the 2016 911 Carrera which include the new headlights with the four-point daytime running lights, updated taillights with four-point brake lights, restyled wheels, modified door handles and so on. The cabin of the sports car is now getting the Apple CarPlay compatibility, the Google Streetview, Google Earth, an improved navigation system with real-time traffic info and much more. The model is also getting the Adaptive Cruise Control System which is available with the PDK transmission. Under the hood, the updated Carrera has a 3.0 liter twin turbo six-cylinder unit, producing 370 HP (272 kW) and 450 Nm (331 lb-ft) of torque. The Carrera S has 420 HP (309 kW) and 500 Nm (368 lb-ft) of torque. From 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph), the Carrera Coupe needs 4.2 seconds and the Carrera S Coupe can do it in 3.9 seconds.
