The first images with the facelifted version of the Toyota Land Cruiser have leaked in a new video which has ended up on the web.
Toyota is getting ready to officially pull the wraps off the 2016 model year Land Cruiser as this will basically be a facelifted version of the model. But if only the insiders within Toyota had any clue what this will be looking like, things have recently changed as the model has leaked in an online video. The clip is in Arabic but we can still see that this will get several interesting changes which are mostly visual and are aimed towards putting some distance between it and the current model.
The 2016 Toyota Land Cruiser will be coming with a modified front bumper, with restyled headlights and fog lights, with a different front grille, with a new hood and several other tweaks. The video is also suggesting that the rear bumper will be updated too, along with the taillights, the door handles and the wheels. Chances are the interior design of the popular SUV will be tweaked too but if you are expecting some chassis or suspension modifications, or a new engine lineup, keep dreaming because Toyota is probably keeping these for the next generation. The 2016 Toyota Land Cruiser is expected to be unveiled over the next few months, probably at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, in September. More details on it are limited at this time.
