Video: 911 GT2 RS: Driven to Extreme
Watch the fastest, most powerful road-going Porsche ever built. In this video the 911 GT2 RS is driven to extreme both at the Porsc-he Experience Centre and on the world famous Silverstone Grand Prix circuit.
The 3,020-pound GT2 RS gets 620 twin-turbocharged horses from its 3.6-liter engine, making it the most powerful Porsche you can legally put on the roads.
Porsche says this car will lap the Nürburgring Nordschleife in 7 minutes, 18 seconds, which is skull-poppingly quick. For reference, that’s four seconds quicker than the Dodge Viper ACR and only 20 seconds behind the wicked Ferrari 599XX.
