The first promotional video with the newest Alfa Romeo model, the Giulia, has been recently released by the Italian based automaker.
After being officially unveiled just a few days back, the brand new Alfa Romeo Giulia is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a video. The clip posted below is its official promo and it is showing the new performance midsized sedan in action on the track. The footage is also paying its tribute to the old racing cars signed by the company. But rather than talk about it, we’d better let you check it out.
Alfa Romeo has officially unveiled the Giulia last week. This is the official successor of the old 159 and it is currently in its range-topping Quadrifoglio Verde variant which means that it can go head to head against the BMW M3, the Mercedes-AMG C63 S and the Cadillac ATS-V, amongst others. The model is making use of a six-cylinder turbocharged front-mounted Ferrari-sourced engine, aluminum-made, and it is capable of putting down a total of 503 HP (375 kW). Power is being sent to the rear wheels and it is allowing the performance vehicle to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) of just 3.9 seconds. Sadly, Alfa Romeo didn’t announce any more details on the new Giulia but with the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show coming in September, chances are we will find out more about it at the automotive event.
