The Italian based automaker Alfa Romeo has recently set a new record while promoting its new MiTo Quadrifoglio in the United Kingdom.
As you can see in the video below, the car manufacturer has launched a new campaign where its MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde is being placed into the spotlights in order to the model to be promoted into the United Kingdom. With the professional stunt driver Terry Grant behind the wheel, the Alfa Romeo MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde had a challenge to set a new world record by bursting the most amount of water balloons by a car.
Even if Alfa Romeo didn’t say how much time Terry Grant needed in order to burst the water balloons, the professional stunt driver, who already holds 20 world records, managed to leave only four out of 2.738 balloons standing. We don’t know if the new world record was official but one thing is for sure: it will remain unchallenged for a long time.
As a reminder, the Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio MiTo Verde is developing a total output of 168 horsepower from its MultiAir engine and it’s the latest model to join the UK MiTo range, coming with carbon fiber and Alcantara for a starting proce of 18.755 GBP.
