A new presentation video with the brand new Aston Martin Rapide S was recently released by the carmaker, revealing the model in action on a mountain road.
After it was officially unveiled back in January, the Aston Martin Rapide S is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the British based automaker releasing a new presentation video with it. The luxurious and powerful vehicle is getting a new front grille, a rear lip spoiler, an optional Carbon Exterior Package, adding the front carbon fiber splitter, side mirror housings, rear diffuser and more.
Power to the Aston Martin Rapide S is being provided by a 5.9 liter V12 engine which is producing a total output of 558 HP (410 kW), with a peak torque of 620 Nm (457 lb-ft), 81 HP (59 kW) and 20 Nm of torque more than the standard version. This is enough to allow the model to make the 0 to 100 km/h acceleration in 4.9 seconds, 0.3 seconds faster, with a top speed of 305.7 km/h (190 mph). The fuel consumption stands at 14.1 L / 100 km (19.9 mpg UK / 16.5 mpg US) and the CO2 emissions stop at 332 g/km.
