The British based automaker Aston Martin has recently released the first video presentation with the brand new Vanquish Volante.
After it was officially unveiled just a few hours ago, the Aston Martin Vanquish Volante is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the carmaker releasing the first video with the drop top version of the Vanquish. The model in question is powered by the 6.0 liter V12 engine, the same one used on the coupe, which is producing a total output of 573 HP (421 kW) at 6,750 rpm and it has a peak torque of 620 Nm (457 lb-ft), available at 5,500 rpm.
The Aston Martin Vanquish Volante can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.1 seconds and it has a top speed of 294 km/h (183 mph). The model is the first ever Volante to get a carbon fiber body, and this means that the convertible is only 9 kg (19.8 lbs) heavier than its solid roof brother. The Vanquish Volante has a triple-skin lightweight fabric roof, which can fold in 14 seconds. Prices for the model on its local auto market will be set at 199,995 GBP, while in Europe the model will cost 264,995 euros. In the United States, the Aston Martin Vanquish Volante will set you back for 297,995 USD.
