[VIDEO] Audi RS3 by Sportec accelerates to 100km/h in 3.8s
A modified Audi RS3 signed by Sportec has been filmed while accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h and the hot hatch has managed to the sprint in just 3.8 seconds.
The Audi RS3 in question, which was prepared by Sportec, is coming with a Bilstein suspension, with a Haldex Performance Kit, with a wide rear fender and it’s sitting on Michelin Sport Cup tires. The driver has the ability to choose between three driving modes, the Eco, the Stock and the Race. The German hot hatch has been tested on the Hockenheim track where it was able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.8 seconds and from 0 to 200 km/h (124 mph) in 13.9 seconds.
Power to the 2012 Audi RS3 in question is being provided by the same 2.5 liter turbo engine, but thanks to the Sportec turbocharger, to the bigger intercooler and to the sports exhaust system, the unit is now able to produce a total output of 470 HP (346 kW) and 625 Nm of torque (461 lb-ft). The standard output developed is 340 HP (250 kW) and 450 Nm of torque (332 lb-ft). Top speed of the model stands at 302 km/h (188 mph).
