The upcoming Audi RS3 Sportback has been recently caught on camera while it was being tested out on the famous German track, the Nurburgring.
Audi’s newest hot hatch, the top of the line version of the current A3, the RS3, in the Sportback version, has been recently spied while it was being tested out on the Nurburgring. The clip posted below is showing the model with no camouflage on its body in action and you can also hear the sound of its engine, which isn’t that hard to figure it out what it will be, once the vehicle will be introduced.
Keep in mind that the hot hatch in question is a simple prototype and its final looks may be different than what you are seeing in the video posted below. Rumors are saying that the brand new Audi RS3 will be taking its power from a 2.0 liter four-cylinder engine, which has replaced the old five-cylinder unit, and which is said to produce a whopping 400 HP (294 kW). The engine will be connected to a 7-speed S tronic transmission, which will send power to the Quattro all-wheel drive. Chances are Audi will unveil the RS3 Sportback in October, at the 2014 Paris Motor Show.
