The Audi RS5 Cabrio has been recently taken to the Guadix circuit in Spain and what came out of that can be seen in the video posted below.
The German based automaker is placing the all-new Audi RS5 Cabrio into the spotlights once more, and after the model has been spied, teased and even leaked ahead of its presentation, it’s ending up in our news once again, this time with the help of an official video. Audi has taken the RS5 Cabrio to the Guadix track in Spain and the footage is being used to promote the model worldwide.
According to the car manufacturer, the Audi RS5 Cabrio is powered by a 4.2 liter FSI engine, which is producing a total output of 450 horsepower and it has a peak torque of 430 Nm, allowing the model to accelerate form 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds. The total output is available, just like in the coupe, at 8,250 rpm and the peak torque between 4,000 and 6,000 rpm. The top speed of the Audi RS5 Cabrio has been limited to 250 km/h but it can be raised to 280 km/h. More details on the powerful drop-top will be announced on the 27th of September, during the Paris Motor Show, where the model will be officially presented to the public.
