Audi has recently released a promotional video with the brand new Sport Quattro Concept in order to celebrate the 100, 000 likes on Facebook in six months.
After being officially presented to the public during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, the new Audi Sport Quattro Concept is being placed into the spotlights once more, this time with the help of a video, which represents the company’s way of saying “thanks” to the 100,000 likes on Facebook in six months. The model in question actually represents a follow-up of a concept car unveiled back in 2010, in Paris, and it’s a modern interpretation of the classic 1984 Sport Quattro.
The Audi Sport Quattro Concept is taking its power from a 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 engine, backed up by an electric motor and mated to an 8-speed tiptronic transmission. The configuration is providing a total output of 700 HP (515 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque. The 0 to 100 km/h acceleration in the vehicle weighing 1,850 kg (4,078 lbs) takes just 3.7 seconds and top speed stands at 305 km/h (189 mph). The average fuel consumption stands at just 2.5L / 100km (113 mpg UK / 94.1 mpg US) and the CO2 emissions stop at 59 g/km.
