The German based automaker Audi has recently released a new video with the facelifted version of the A8, in which the interior design of the model is being teased.
After it was spied a couple of times, the facelifted version of the Audi A8 is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a new video. The footage posted below is teasing its interior design, ahead of its public unveil scheduled for the 21st of August, at 9:00 A.M., CEST. The cabin of the “new” A8 seems to get a larger MMI screen, different trim, more chrome detailing on some panels and some other minor tweaks.
The Audi A8 facelift should also receive some subtle tweaks to the front grille, to the front and rear bumpers and to the lighting units. The engine lineup, including the 3.0 liter and the 4.0 liter TFSI units, will probably be carried over, while the top of the line version will receive a 6.3 liter W12 engine. The 3.0 liter TDI diesel, with its 240 HP, is believed to become the most popular version. The Audi A8 facelift, along with the S8 facelift, will be officially unveiled on the 21st of August. The two models will make their public debut during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
