The German based automaker Audi is getting ready for the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show with a new model, which was recently teased in a video released by the company.
The 2013 edition of the Frankfurt Motor Show will officially open its gates on the 10th of September, and with less than one and a half months until the event, most carmakers are getting ready for some “free” publicity. One of these carmakers is Audi, which has recently released a new teaser video with an upcoming model, which very much resembles the “new” A8, caught by our spy photographers here.
The model in question will actually be a facelift, which should bring the company’s flagship sedan closer to the competition’s BMW 7-Series facelift and Mercedes-Benz’s 2014 S-Class. The upgraded Audi A8 will get subtle tweaks to the front grille, to the front bumper, modified headlights, upgraded rear bumper and different taillights. The cabin of the model will not be left unchanged too and here we will most likely find some new technologies. The engine lineup is expected to be carried over. Additional details on the facelifted Audi A8 are limited for the moment and will be announced during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
