[VIDEO] Bam Margera crashes his Lamborghini Murcielago
Jackass’ Bam Margera has managed to crash his ride, a blue Lamborghini Murcielago, while backing it up on a road.
Bam Margera, who is a professional skateboarder, a television and radio personality and actor, mostly known from MTV’s Jackass series, is not really a well-known petrol head, but he does own and drive a blue Lamborghini Murcielago, which he has recently managed to crash. The 34-year old American was backing his ride on a road when he hit a BMW. The damages are limited to part of the rear bumper and rear taillight. The whole incident has been caught on camera.
The Lamborghini Murcielago has been produced between 2001 and 2010 and it was offered in two body styles, coupe and roadster, with a mid-engine and an all-wheel drive layout. The Murcielago came with a choice of four engines, one of them with a 6.2L V12 displacement, producing 572 HP, and the other three with a 6.5L V12 displacement, generating 640 HP, 650 HP and 670 HP. Two transmissions were available for the model, a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed semi-automatic. The Lamborghini Murcielago was the successor of the Diablo and it was eventually replaced by the Aventador.
While a few years ago analysts predicted big, chunky full size pick-ups would die even in the US, now they are setting again record sales, so might they have been wrong also about the mid-size US pickup segment?
