The upcoming SUV made by Bentley, the Bentayga, is the subject of a new spy video.
Spy photographers have managed to capture the new Bentley Bentayga on camera once again. The clip posted below is showing yet another prototype of the luxury SUV cruising the streets of Germany and eventually being driven on the Nurburgring. The model in question is wearing some light camouflage on its body and it is promising to become the most powerful and luxurious SUV the world has ever seen. Keep in mind that this is the first SUV produced by Bentley but let’s not forget that the brand has the Volkswagen Group behind it.
The Bentley Bentayga is believed to be based on the second generation of the Audi Q7. The model in question will be coming with a 6.0 liter W12 TSI twin turbo engine, which is expected to produce a total of 608 HP (447 kW) and a peak torque of 900 Nm (663 lb-ft). This will be joined eventually by a V8 turbo diesel and a 4.0 liter V8 twin turbo gasoline burner. A plug-in hybrid version is also expected to be introduced later on. Rumor has it that the final production version of the Bentley Bentayga will be unveiled towards the end of the year or even in 2016, so don’t act too surprised if you will see it at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, this September, or the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, next March.
