A new spy video is showing us the Bentley Bentayga SUV in action, on the famous German track, the Nurburgring.
In case you have been missing out on the Bentley Bentayga, don’t worry, because spy photographers have gotten you covered, that is until the final production version of the model will be unveiled. The clip posted below is showing another prototype of the luxury SUV being driven hard on the Nurburgring. You can actually hear its tires being shattered in an attempt to prove that this has what it needs in order to be driven fast and safe, so you may want to turn your volume up before hitting the play button.
The Bentley Bentayga will be the first ever SUV produced by the company. The model in question has been already previewed a few years back by the EXP 9 Concept and it is going to be based on the new Audi Q7 generation. The model should weigh a total of 2,000 kg and it should get a 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 engine under its hood, along with a range-topping 6.0 liter W12 TSI twin turbo, producing 608 HP (447 kW) and 900 Nm (663 lb-ft) of torque. Rumor has it that the company will also offer a plug-in hybrid, but later on. The new Bentley Bentayga is expected to be officially presented to the public at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, this September, but this still has to be confirmed.
