The upcoming Bentley Bentayga is the subject of a new video which is showing the SUV in Dubai, while it was being tested out.
Bentley is trying to find out what the upcoming Bentayga needs in order to prove its success and after it has been tested on the famous German track, the Nurburgring, time has come to see it far east, in Dubai. The clip posted below is showing nothing more than a test mule of the new Bentley Bentayga, wearing some mild camouflage on its body, so nothing new here, except the fact that since all Bentayga prototypes look identical, chances are the final production version won’t, as the company will perform some tweaks on it.
The Bentley Bentayga is the first ever SUV to be developed by the car brand. The model is expected to be unveiled at either the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, this September, or even next year, in March, at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. The production version of the vehicle will be based on the second generation of the Audi Q7 and it will be making use of a 6.0 liter W12 TSI twin turbo engine, producing 608 HP (447 kW) and 900 Nm (663 lb-ft) of torque. Rumor has it that a V8 turbo diesel, along with a 4.0 liter V8 twin turbo gasoline burner, will also join the lineup and don’t act too surprised if you will see a plug-in hybrid too.
