Bentley’s first ever SUV, the Bentayga, has been spotted on the Nurburgring once more, where it was being tested out.
The Bentley Bentayga is being highlighted once again, this time with the help of a spy video. The clip, which has been posted below, right after the jump, is showing the company’s first ever SUV in action, on the famous German track, the Nurburgring, but keep in mind that this isn’t the final production version and it is just a prototype. However, since it has been developed on the track, expect some limited off-road capabilities and probably a stiff suspension system. But, in the end, who would buy a luxury SUV to take it off-roading, I mean, it’s all about show and tell, right?
The interior design of the Bentley Bentayga has been shown so a production version of the vehicle is just around the corner. The model will be coming with high-end materials which will include the finest leather upholstery, the wood trim, aluminum inserts, glossy black accents and more. Customers will also get a digital speedometers which will go up to 300 km/h (186 mph) and this will also become the most powerful and luxurious SUV the automotive industry has to offer, according to its creators. This will be based on the new generation of the Audi Q7 and it will be coming with upgraded versions of the 4.0 liter V8 twin turbo and 6.0 liter W12 engines. Expect a plug-in hybrid version too. The production version of the Bentayga might debut at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, in September.
