[VIDEO] Bentley Continental GT V8 S makes video debut
Bentley has recently released the first videos with the brand new Continental GT V8 S, which are showing the model in action and are detailing some of its features.
Just a day after the new Bentley Continental GT V8 S has been officially unveiled, the luxury carmaker has released the first videos with it. The model in question is getting a minor facelift for the front and rear fascias, 20-inch alloy wheels, 10mm lowered ride height, stiffer springs, updated dampers, tweaked control system, stiffer rear sway bar and more.
The Bentley Continental GT V8 S is powered by a 4.0 liter eight-cylinder twin turbo engine, which is producing a total output of 521 HP (389 kW), at 6,000 rpm, and 680 Nm of torque (502 lb-ft), available at 1,700 rpm. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint takes 4.5 seconds, which makes it 0.3 seconds faster than the standard model. Top speed has increased from 303 km/h (188 mph) to 309 km/h (192 mph). The Convertible can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds and it can reach a top speed of 308 km/h (191 mph). Fuel economy stands at 10.5 L / 100 km (26.8 mpg UK / 22.3 mpg US.
