Bentley has been spotted while testing its first ever SUV on the open road, somewhere in the Alps.
The Bentley SUV is taking one more step towards the production line as the model in question has been recently caught on camera while it was being tested out. The vehicle was wearing black camouflage on its body and it seems that it’s not camera shy as it has been seen in various “situations”. Keep in mind that this is a simple prototype and that the final production model may end up to be quite different than the one seen in the video posted below.
Bentley has already introduced the SUV, in a concept version, a few years ago, as this was named the EXP 9 F. The production variant will be based on this and also on the Continental GT. The exterior design will be toned down and the interior will be coming with a digital instrument cluster, with wood trim, metallic accents, dual cockpit and more. The Bentley SUV will be riding on the MLB Evo platform and rumors are saying that it will come with a 4.0 liter V8 twin turbo unit and with a larger 6.0 liter W12. A plug-in hybrid version might also make its way onto the market.
