[Video] Bespoke Tailor Made Ferrari California T introduced image

The Prancing Horse company has decided its own Tailor Made division can handle the publicity and thus presented their latest creation – a California T – at the Brussels Motor Show.

The unique customization job has been commissioned by Francorchamps Motors, with the bespoke California T aiming to deliver a timeless homage to the 458 GT3 that won the Pro-Am Cup class at last year’s 24 Hours of Spa. This means the exclusive California T comes with a Rosso Corsa paint job sporting red, white, and blue racing stripes. There are also yellow arrows added on the door handles and special Argento Nürburgring wheel again with yellow trimming. The cockpit further pays tribute to the race car by having an Alcantara-wrapped dashboard, matte black carbon fiber accents, as well as Alcantara seats with “super-grippy” fabric inserts. Also of notice are the black aluminum footwells and a special “24 Heures SPA Victoire PRO AM 2015″ dashboard badge. And interestingly enough – the special carpets have been made out of a bullet-proof material called SuperFabric.

The powertrain comes from the standard California T: turbocharged 3.8-liter V8 engine delivering 553 horsepower and 557 pound-feet of torque, mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission – this is enough for the supercar to jump from standstill to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 3.6 seconds, en route to the top speed of 196 mph.
