The German based automaker BMW has recently released a new video presentation with its newest production car, the 3-Series GT.
After it was officially presented to the public almost two months ago, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, in a world premiere, the BMW 3-Series GT is now being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the carmaker releasing yet a new video presentation with the model. The BMW 3-Series GT is 200 mm linger and 81 mm taller than the Touring version of the new 3-Series, and the model also has a 110 mm extended wheelbase.
Thanks to these changes, the rear passengers are getting 70 mm more in leg room and the cargo space has also increased to an impressive 1,600 liters with the rear seats folded down. The BMW 3-Series GT can be easily distinguished from the Touring or the Sedan thanks to its hatchback like style in the rear end. The model is also getting an active spoiler, which deploys at 110 km/h (68 mph) and retracts at speeds under 70 km/h (43 mph). The 3-Series GT will receive a wide range of engines, including the 143 HP 2.0L four-cylinder unit or the 306 HP 3.0L TwinPower Turbo unit.
