The BMW 4-Series Coupe has recently been caught on camera while being tested in real traffic conditions in Germany.
Even if there is no surprise that BMW 4-Series is actually a rebadged 3-Series Coupe (F32) and Convertible (F44), we still didn’t see anything official coming from the German based automaker regarding this version of the model, but since this is actually based on the new generation of the 3-Series, it’s no doubt that it will make a splash once it hits the market. The front fascia of the new BMW 4-Series is expected to be based on the BMW 6-Series but sadly there’s no word on the engine range yet.
The BMW 4-Series is most likely to be powered by the same engines as its brother, the 3-Series, coming in the “classic” range starting with the 328i and ending with the 335i. The most expected version of the 3-Series is the M3, but there’s no word on that either. The new generation of the 3-Series will also hit the United States showrooms, where the entry-level version will be priced at 35.795 USD and it will come as a 328i, with Bluetooth connectivity, 6.5 inch iDrive display, iPod / USB and many other things, alogn with the 2.0 liter four-cylinder engine generating 240 HP and 260 lb-ft of torque.
