The German aftermarket specialists at AC Schnitzer have got their hands on one of the newest models in BMW’s lineup, the 6-Series Coupe, which just became even hotter thanks to the new aerodynamic body kit, the cabin inserts and the power boost, with the vehicle being officially presented to the public at the 2011 Essen Motor Show.
According to the German tuners at AC Schnitzer, the BMW 6-Series Coupe can now be ordered with a new aerodynamic body kit, which comes with the “classic” front lip, side skirts and boot spoiler, a chromed grille, a sports exhaust system and the model is now sitting on a variety of wheels in sizes ranging from 19 to 21 inches. The German aftermarket specialists haven’t forgot the interior either, which can be equipped with an aluminum iDrive cover, alloy pedals, velour floor mats and a sport steering wheel.
AC Schnitzer says that the BMW 6-Series Coupe 650i’s engine can be modified in order to develop a total output of 533 horsepower and 750 Nm of torque (553 lb-ft), which is actually an increase of 131 horsepower and 150 Nm of torque (111 lb-ft). The 650i can now accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 325 km/h (202 mph).
