If you thought you have seen it all when talking about tuning than you obviously shouldn’t be on this site, but if you decide to stay and read the whole thing than we must tell you that passion has no limits when talking about cars and a recent video presenting the old generation of the 7-Series made by BMW is coming with something extra.
The 7-Series caught by curious cameras somewhere in the Middle East, probably Dubai, is definitely one of a kind with its redesigned front fascia, lowered suspension and huge alloy rims that glow in the dark.
If the car is a kitsch or something interesting it’s up to you to decide but we kind of like it and we probably would like it until another one will be made, followed by another one and then we won’t like it anymore.
The only thing I would love to see is a policeman’s face when he stops the 7-Series and sees his shoes in the dark, lightened by the rims.
As a reminded, the BMW 7-Series with its unique glow in the dark wheels is the E65/E66, made between 2002 and 2008, with 11 choices when it comes to the powerplant, the slowest being the 3.0 liter petrol with its 228 HP and 300 Nm of torque, which could hit 100 km/h from standstill in 8.1 seconds, while the fastest is actually made by Alpina, from a 4.4 liter V8 petrol unit with 500 horsepower and 699 Nm of torque, being able to accelerate to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds and hitting a top speed of 300 km/h.
